Crédit Agricole Group is once again recognized as the best company for career development in finance by LinkedIn

LinkedIn recently unveiled its eighth ranking of the best companies in France to build and grow careers. The Crédit Agricole group topped the list of financial services companies for the third year running and was for the first time ranked among the top three companies in the general ranking of companies with more than 5,000 employees.

To compile the ranking, LinkedIn assesses companies against a number of criteria focused on career development such as career prospects, mobility, skills development and HR strategy.

This achievement recognises our corporate culture with its focus on promoting equal opportunities. It also highlights our Human-Centric Project aimed at empowering all our people to take charge of their own development and mobility to ensure they can progress and fulfil their potential.
