Business hours of Credit Agricole outlets during the Christmas holidays

Dear customers!

We would like to inform you about opening hours of the Bank outlets during Christmas and New Year’s holidays in December of 2025 and January of 2026:

24.12.2025 – the outlets are operating with reduced opening hours, namely until 16:00, with cashier services available until 15:00.

• Applications for purchase/sale/exchange of foreign currency are accepted until 11:00.
• Payments in foreign currency are accepted until 12:00.

Processing of non-cash payments in domestic currency, initiated by the customers via remote service systems, is provided on the level of the Bank’s head office:

• Corpex / CA+PRO until 20:00;
• CA+ until 20:00.

25.12.2025 – holiday, the Bank outlets are closed. 

Processing of non-cash payments in domestic currency, initiated by the customers via remote service systems, is provided on the level of the Bank’s head office:

• Corpex/ CA+PRO from 09:00 to 17:00;
• CA+ from 09:00 to 17:00.

On December 25, 2025, the Bank will ensure that the customer payroll records, received via remote service systems, are processed in accordance with the requirements of the current process.

Please note! December 30, 2025 is the last day for customers to make budget payments to the Treasury (NBU ID code 899998 and 820172). At 19:45, the ability to process / send the budget payments will be blocked in the remote service systems.

31.12.2025 – the outlets are operating with reduced opening hours, namely until 16:00, with cashier services available until 15:00.

• Applications for purchase/sale/exchange of foreign currency are accepted until 11:00.
• Payments in foreign currency are accepted until 12:00.

Processing of non-cash payments in domestic currency, initiated by the customers via remote service systems, is provided on the level of the Bank’s head office:

• Corpex / CA+PRO from 09:00 to 20:00;
• CA+ from 09:00 to 20:00.

Receipt /transfer of budget payments from/to the Treasury (NBU ID code 899998 and 820172) is not carried out.

On December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026, the Bank will process customer payroll records received via the remote service systems, provided that taxes are paid in advance (no later than December 30, 2025).

01.01.2026 – holiday, the Bank outlets are closed.

Receipt /transfer of budget payments from/to the Treasury (NBU ID code 899998 and 820172) is not carried out.

Due to maintenance being conducted at the end of 2025, the access to Bank’s system will be blocked until January 1, 2026, around 12:00.

Accepting payments from NBU SEP and sending payments in domestic currency, initiated by the customers via remote service systems, will be carried out after 12:00.

Processing of non-cash payments in domestic currency, initiated by the customers via remote service systems, is provided on the level of the Bank’s head office:

• Corpex/ CA+PRO from 09:00 to 17:00;
• CA+ from 09:00 to 17:00.
