Business hours of Credit Agricole outlets during the Christmas holidays

Dear customers!

We hereby notify you of the business hours of the Bank's outlets during the Christmas holidays in December 2024 and January 2025:

On December 24, 2024 outlets operate due to reduced business hours, namely until 16:00,
cash services for customers are provided until 15:00.

Applications for purchase/sale/exchange of foreign currency are accepted until 11:00.

Payments in foreign currency are accepted until 13:00.

Processing of non-cash payment operations in national currency initiated by customers via Remote Service Systems (hereinafter, the RSS) is ensured by the Bank's HO level:

Corpex/ СА+PRO from 09:00 to 20:00;
СА+ from 09:00 to 20:00.

December 25, 2024 is a day off, the Bank's outlets are closed.

Processing of non-cash payment operations in national currency initiated by customers via the RSS is ensured by the Bank's HO level:

Corpex/ СА+PRO from 09:00 to 17:00;
СА+ from 09:00 to 17:00.

On December 25, 2024, the Bank will ensure the processing of customer payroll information received via the RSS in compliance with the requirements of the current process.

Please note that December 30, 2024 is the last day for customers to make budget payments in favor of the Treasury (NBU ID code 899998 and 820172).

The possibility of processing/sending budget payments will be blocked within the RSS systems at 19:45.

On December 31, 2024 outlets operate due to reduced business hours, namely until 16:00, cash services for customers are provided until 15:00.

Applications for purchase/sale/exchange of foreign currency are accepted until 11:00.

Payments in foreign currency are accepted until 13:00.

Processing of non-cash payment operations in national currency initiated by customers via the RSS is ensured by the Bank's HO level:

Corpex/ СА+PRO from 09:00 to 20:00;
СА+ from 09:00 to 20:00.

Budget payments are not received/sent from/to the Treasury (NBU ID code 899998 and 820172).

On December 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025, the Bank will ensure the processing of customer payroll information received via the RSS, provided that taxes are paid the day before (i.e. no later than December 30, 2024).

January 1, 2025 is a day off, the Bank's outlets are closed.

Budget payments are not received/sent from/to the Treasury (NBU ID code 899998 and 820172).

Due to maintenance at the end of 2024, access to the Bank's systems will be blocked on January 1, 2025 approximately until 12:00.

Reception of payments from the NBU's System of Electronic Payments and sending of payments in national currency initiated by customers via the RSS will be carried out approximately from 12:00.
