«Trees for car loan»: the bank continues the green initiative

On 20 October, a team of Credit Agricole Bank employees conducted a tree planting campaign. The initiative took place in Pozniaky Park, Kyiv. Around 50 employees together with their families planted 50 hawthorns, mountain ashes, caraganas, larches and apple trees. This is already the forth event in terms of the project «Trees for car loan».

The event was arranged and held through active assistance of personnel of «Kyivzelenbud» Utility Company in Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.

Please be reminded, the initiative «Trees for car loan» was launched in 2016. The project aims at offsetting the impact of cars on the environment in the capital.

In 2016, the bank’s team planted 50 spruce trees in T. Shevchenko park. Already the next year, Credit Agricole Bank donated 50 mountain ashes and catalpas to Dorohozhychi Park. However, the scope of the project was expanded, and in 2018 the bank donated 12 000 pine seedlings to Holosiivskyi national park.
