Mandatory civil liability insurance policy for surface vehicles owners (Motor Liability Insurance) ensures indemnity of damages caused to property, life or health of the third persons as a result of road accident caused by the driver of the insured vehicle.

Insurance amount (insurance cover):

• Up to UAH 200 000 ― concerning life and health of the third parties
• Up to UAH 100 000 ― concerning property of the third parties

Insurance payment depends on:

• Place of vehicle registration
• Engine volume
• Size of franchise
• Availability of allowances
• Usage of the vehicle
