What is Mastercard Bilshe?

It is a rewords program under which its participants accumulate points by paying with Mastercard card and then can exchange these points for offers from the catalogue (discounts, participation in draws).

How can I become a participant of the Program?

You have to register at the Program website and register at least one Mastercard® card

What cards can be registered in the Program?

All Mastercard® cards issued in Ukraine and confirmed by bank for participation in the Program. Maestro cards do not participate in the Program.

I have been registered in the Mastercard Bilshe before the Program restart. What should I do?

After the Program restarts and the bank joins it, you have to go through the registration process again and link cards to your personal account, including the cards which have already been linked in the account of the first version platform.

If the card has already participated in the Program, the accumulated points (including those accumulated during the non-availability period of the Program) will be shown in personal account.

Note: Card’s participation in the Program must be confirmed by bank.

What will happen to the accumulated points, if bank doesn’t confirm card’s participation in the Program before 31.07.2020?

Starting from 01.08.2020, the points accumulated over the previous period by customers of banks which will not confirm participation of their cards in the Program and will not download them in the Program’s system, will be canceled.

Where can I check the current balance of my points?

You can check your current points balance at your personal page at the Program website.

How can I earn points?

You receive points for purchases in the amount exceeding UAH 50 made with your Mastercard® card.

Limitations of transaction amount do not apply to payment of fares on public transport (Kyiv metro, express tramway, and funicular).

Note: a transaction performed in transport will be accepted only if you pay the fares by contactless Mastercard® card on Mastercard-branded fare-gate.

There are some categories of transactions you don’t earn points for. They are listed in the Official Rules of the Program.

How many points do I get for 1 transaction?

You get 1 point for 1 transaction regardless of the purchase sum, but it must be at least UAH 50. For one transaction made with smartphone or smart using NFC*-technology you will get 2 points regardless of the purchase sum, but it must be at least UAH 50.

* NFC (Near Field Communication) — means a contactless high-frequency short-range communication technology “One Touch”. It allows data exchange between electronic devices, especially smartphones and contactless payment terminals, over a distance of approximately 10 cm.

Limitations of transaction amount do not apply to payment of fares on public transport (Kyiv metro, express tramway, and funicular), if you pay by contactless Mastercard® card on Mastercard-branded fare-gate.

When the points are credited to my account?

The points are credited to your account automatically within 2–10 days. However, bear in mind that processing of a transaction and accrual of points for transactions made outside Ukraine may take up to five weeks from the date of transaction.

That is why points might not be credited on the day of purchase or the next day.

Will I get points for all transactions?

Not all transactions give you the points. Transactions for which the points are not accrued are the following:

  • Cash withdrawal with a card in ATM or bank’s cash desk;
  • Cash balance transfer;
  • Purchases with cheques;
  • Insurance premiums;
  • Interest;
  • Any fees and charges;
  • Traveler’s cheques;
  • Gambling games of any kind (including payments for a chance to win the prize);
  • Any purchases in cash.
Can I earn points for anything other than transactions?

Yes, you can. You receive as a gift:

  • 10 points for registration of your first card (you will not receive 10 points for subsequent registered cards).
  • 5 points for e-mail confirmation.
  • 5 points for entering your individual tax number (TIN) during the registration or on your personal page.
  • 10 points for each friend who would register following your link. To do so, you need to go to the offers page in the catalogue and share it on Facebook. You will get 10 points for each user who will register following this link.
Can I combine the points received for transactions made with different cards?

On your personal page of the Program, you can register unlimited number of cards. Points balances in several payment cards will be combined. If cards are registered to different users, they can no longer be combined or re-registered.

What can I exchange my points for?

You can exchange your points for different offers. Some of them are available on the Program website.

Can I exchange points over the phone?

You can exchange points only on the Program website. Log in to your personal page and select an offer from the catalogue.

Can I change or return received orders?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be returned or changed.

What should I do if points were not credited to my account?

All information about all transactions made with your card and number of points earned is contained in your personal account. There are some categories of transactions you don’t earn points for. Please note, that points are credited within 2–10 days.

If you think that transaction which was not recognized does not belong to any of these categories, send bank statement which will confirm that the transaction is performed, to bilshe_info@mastercard.com.

All discrepancies in numbers of points must be communicated within three months from the date of purchase.

I cannot log in to my account on website.

It is recommended to use the latest versions of web browsers. To log in to an account, enter your mobile phone number without spaces and additional symbols, and a password generated during registration. If you have forgotten your password, use “Forgot password?” function on the website.

How can I delete a card?

If you want to delete a card from your account, use “Delete card” function in section “Cards”.

I deleted a card. Can I register it again?

Yes, you can register it again.

I cannot register a card.

Only Mastercard® cards issued in Ukraine and confirmed by bank for participation in the Program can be registered in the Program.

Make sure that it is so (Mastercard® card can be identified by the first number 5****).

Check if the entered data is correct.

What is Mastercard Bilshe Black?

It is a separate catalogue Mastercard Bilshe with special premium offers and promo campaigns available to users who have registered at least one card of Platinum, World Black Edition or World Elite level in the Program.

Offers from this catalogue can be received in exchange for points accumulated by cards of Platinum, World Black Edition or World Elite level. Balance of such premium points is shown in personal account separately from point balances in other registered cards.

What is “Wheel of surprises”?

It is a special offer for users of Mastercard Bilshe Program, during which each user can exchange 10 points for participation and spin the wheel. The wheel of surprises is “prizes-for-all” offer: you can win additional points, certificates, discounts, gifts, and valuable prizes. You can spin the wheel three times a day. The reward cannot be returned or changed.
