Credit Agricole among TOP 5 most comfortable banks in Ukraine according to Forbes

Credit Agricole holds the fourth position in the rating of TOP 15 most comfortable Ukrainian banks for private individuals according to the reputable magazine Forbes Ukraine. The bank got one of the highest scores by the “comfort” criterion. The editorial board, inter alia, recognized Credit Agricole’s leadership in car lending segment, convenient CA+ application and exclusive premium services of Sommelier package.

The rating of the most comfortable Ukrainian banks is based on the assessment by three criteria: size of interest rates and fees, reliability and comfort. “Rate size” criterion takes into account deposit and car loan interest rates, cost of Platinum class cards maintenance, fees for money transfer and cash withdrawal via the ATM, etc. “Reliability” criterion takes into account the amount of equity, return of equity, support by shareholders, liquidity and capital adequacy ratios.  “Comfort” criterion covers the assessment of mobile application, size of branch and ATM network, availability of concierge service, banking safe-boxes, etc.
