05 May 2025

Credit Agricole published the consolidated financial statements for 2024, approved by its shareholder – Credit Agricole S.A. Credit Agricole's financial results in 2024 were confirmed by the external auditor – the audit company Forvis Mazars Audits.

The above means that the financial statement attached is reliable and complies with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

The high values of profitability, capital adequacy, liquidity, and stable asset quality reflected in the annual financial statement of Credit Agricole for 2024 demonstrate its solidity and high reliability for customers and partners.

Under the martial law in 2024, the bank was able to generate net banking income in the amount of UAH 9,427,184 thousand, which is 5% more than in 2023. This amount of net banking income includes:

  • net fee and commission income in the amount of UAH 706,019 thousand
  • other banking income - UAH 549,078 thousand.

The largest part of banking income is net interest income. Its growth is driven by effective interest rate management, intensified financing of retail and corporate sectors, including the allocation of resources to support key sectors of the economy in partnership with international financial institutions and the placement of part of the bank's free liquidity in government securities.

Based on 2024 results, Credit Agricole Bank won in Car Loan category in the analysis “25 leading banks of Ukraine” (2024) according to “Finance Club” information agency, on 17.01.2025 with the market share of 28%. The number of new car loans issued amounted to nearly UAH 3.3 billion, which is 50% more than in the previous year, outpacing the market growth rate by 40%.

The bank is cultivating its social responsibility policy: since the full-scale invasion, Credit Agricole Group and the Ukrainian bank have donated UAH 150 million to more than 60 charitable initiatives. In particular, these are hospitals for which 190 units of medical equipment were purchased.

In addition, in 2024, Credit Agricole remained on the list of systemically important banks, demonstrating its role in ensuring financial stability of the Ukrainian banking system.

Credit Agricole is growing not only due to ambitious KPIs but also thanks to the shared desire to contribute to a better future.
