Kyiv, October 3rd, 2025 — Credit Agricole Bank in Ukraine is proud to announce the appointment of Philippe Brassac, former Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Group, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Credit Agricole Bank” effective now onwards. He replaces Michel Le Masson, who becomes Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Philippe Brassac is a distinguished financier with more than 40 years of experience in the banking sector, having devoted his whole career to Crédit Agricole Group. Over the past decade until May 2025, he served as the CEO of Crédit Agricole S.A., making a significant contribution to strengthening the Group’s international position while upholding its core values of mutual support, resilience, and innovation.
Mr. Brassac has always expressed strong support for Ukraine, especially since the beginning of the full-scale war. During the most difficult periods, he stood for the uninterrupted functioning of the Ukrainian bank, the preservation of jobs, support for employees, and support to Ukrainian society. “Providing help to Ukraine is not just a gesture of solidarity. It’s an expression of our trust in the Ukrainian people, in their courage, resilience, and aspiration for a better future.
