Dynamic activity and strong results in 2025

Credit Agricole Group published high-level revenues and income, thus able to absorb the corporate income tax surcharge*.

For full year 2025, Crédit Agricole Group’s net income Group share reached €8.8 billion, up +1.3%, and that of Crédit Agricole S.A. amounted to €7.1 billion.

Annual revenues that continue to grow

Underpinned by dynamic activity across all business lines, annual revenues continue to rise steadily, with an average annual growth of +5.3% since 2017 for Crédit Agricole S.A. In 2025, revenues reached record high levels both for Crédit Agricole Group at €39.6 billion (+3.9% 2025/2024) and for Crédit Agricole S.A. at €28.1 billion (+3.3% 2025/2024).

In 2025, retail banks added 2,100,000 new customers, in France, Italy and Poland.

Loan production in retail banking across these three countries came to €140 billion, up +15% year on year.

In France, the upturn in home loans continued with a +9% increase in loan production in the last quarter. Loan production shows good momentum for corporates and remains strong internationally. CAPFM's loan production remains high and balanced between the personal finance and mobility segments.

The Insurance business line is very dynamic, with premium income of €52.4 billion, up +20% year on year.

In Asset Management, Amundi’s net inflows were multiplied by 1.6 in one year to reach a very high level of €88 billion.

Corporate and Investment Banking confirms its market position. Crédit Agricole CIB ranks first in green, social and sustainable bonds in EUR, fourth in All bonds in EUR Worldwide, and confirms its position as leader in syndicated loans (first in France and second in Europe, the Middle East and Africa).

A solid Group

Crédit Agricole Group has the highest level of solvency among European systemically important banks. Capital ratios for Crédit Agricole Group are well above regulatory requirements. At end-December 2025, the phased-in Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio of Crédit Agricole Group was 17.4%, i.e. 7.6 percentage points above regulatory requirements.

Customer deposits are diversified and granular, amounting to €1,180 billion at end-December 2025.

The Group’s liquidity reserves totalled €485 billion.

2026: rolling start

These performances reinforce the strategic trajectory with numerous initiatives being launched in 2026.

Examples in France where Crédit Agricole continues to expand its retail banking activities around the digitalisation of procedures and the development of strategic customer adapted offers:

  • regional banks: digitalisation of journeys and development of offers adapted to the uses of strategic customer segments (implementation of the 100% digital agreement in principle for home loans in the fourth quarter of 2025, launch of a disruptive solution for young people in 2026);
  • LCL: rollout of a fully digital access banking solution for individuals and professional customers;
  • creation of Indosuez Corporate Advisory to support SME/Mid Cap shareholder executives.

International examples where the Group keeps on developing:

  • Germany: launch in 2026 of a digital savings platform supplemented in 2027 by an off-balance sheet saving offer, launch of an everyday banking offer with essential banking products and a joint LCL/Crédit Agricole CIB initiative aimed at strengthening support for European Mid Caps;
  • Asia: opening of a CACEIS branch in Singapore in 2026.

Several innovation and performance projects have also been launched:

  • first tokenised fund created by Amundi, in collaboration with CACEIS;
  • rollout of an AI assistant for employees;
  • rollout of a Group data marketplace.

* Extraordinary contribution on the profits of large corporates created by the French Finance Act for 2025: -€147 million for Crédit Agricole S.A. and -€280 million for Crédit Agricole Group.
