Apple Pay - Pay easily and conveniently with your Credit Agricole card without taking it out of your wallet!

Easily, quickly and securely pay for goods and services with your phone or smart-phone wherever there is an Apple Pay or non-contact payment mark.

Apple Pay works wherever contactless payments are accepted. Look for any of these badges at the cash desk or at the terminal.

All you need to do is to add a card to Apple Pay!


Method №1 

With Mobile Application CA Mobile Ukraine


1. Download the mobile app CA Mobile Ukraine 

2. Select the card you want to add to your phone and click "Add to Apple Wallet" button

3. Done! Calculate your contactless phone with your smartphone.

Method №2   

Add your card to Wallet


  1. 1. Go to the Wallet app and click the "+" in the upper right corner of the screen
    2. Scan the card or enter its details manually;
    3. Accept the terms of use;
    4. Enter the verification code you received in SMS;"
    5. Mark your favourite Credit Agricole card as a method of payment by default J («Settings» > «Wallet and Apple Pay» − «Payment parameters by default» − «Card by default»).

Method №3  

For smart watch:



1. Open Apple Watch application in iPhone and find tab «My Watch» − «Wallet and Apple Pay»;
2. To add the card select section «Add card» and enter its details;
3. Receive SMS with verification code, press «Next» and enter it in the relevant field. To customers attention! Branches work schedule!

Apple Pay payment methods:

  • Bring your iPhone to the terminal with your finger on the Touch ID.
  • The caption on the"Finish screen", the light vibration and the beep will alert you about the successful operation.
  • Double-click the button on the side and turn the Apple Watch to the terminal.

  • To pay for Macs in Safari, choose Apple Pay.

Unfortunately, not all payment terminals support non-contact payment technology. In order to understand whether it is possible to use Apple Pay at this point of sale, look for a sticker with a contactless billing icon or an Apple Pay sign.

Can I add one card to multiple devices?

Yes, you can add and use your card on multiple devices. Due to security reasons, special separate token will be assigned to each device, which will be used during the process of payment instead of card details.

How much does Apple Pay use cost?

The bank does not charge a fee for using the service, but the data transmission by the mobile network operator may lead to a certain fee (depending on your tariff plan).

Is there a need to have access to the Internet while paying with an Apple Pay card?

To add a card to your Apple Pay mobile application, you will need to connect to the mobile Internet or Wi-Fi network.

In most cases, you DO NOT need an Internet connection to use Apple Pay payment services. However, from time to time you may need an Internet connection: for example, after rebooting the device.

What should I do in case of a phone loss?

If you have lost your phone or you suspect that it could have been stolen, please use the Apple Support Tips and / or contact the Bank at 0-800-30-5555 to block the Apple Pay card associated with it.

How can I block a card attached to a mobile device?

You can block a token card using one of the following methods:

- Remove the token from the wallet

- By calling to the Bank at 0-800-30-5555

The card will also be removed from the program in case of inactivity within the period of 90 days.

If I block a token, will my plastic card cease to work?

No, after blocking the token, your plastic card will work normally. However, if a physical payment card is blocked, all tokens of this card will automatically stop working.

How many transactions can I see in the Wallet app's history?

10 for each card available in the wallet.

If I delete a virtual card from my phone, will my payment card be automatically suspended?

No, deleting an attached card from the program will not automatically result in the suspension of a physical payment card issued by the bank.

Will the token card remain active if I block or close my physical card?

No, blocking or canceling a payment card (plastic) automatically deactivates the card added to the program.

Will the card on my device remain active if I close the payment card and order a new one?

No, in order for the new card to work on the device, you will need to add it to the program again.

How close to the terminal do I need to place an iPhone or Apple Watch to make payments via Apple Pay?

The phone or smart-watch should be applied to the terminal the same way as a contactless payment card - at a distance of approximately 1-2 cm from the terminal.
