Dear customers, weinform you about changes in tariffs.
As of 01.12.2023:
- The rule for calculating the amount of the average daily balance under a special condition where the monthly service fee for the package offer is UAH 0, will be changed.
The average daily balance is calculated as the average value between the balance on the main account at the end of each day and the number of calendar days in the calculation period (including the balance on the "Mobile Savings" account). - The limit of free cash withdrawals for foreign currency digital cards at ATMs and cash desks of JSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" will be increased to USD/ EUR 6500 per month.
As of 02.01.2024, a 1% fee will be introduced for funds transfers from a card account (debit service scheme) to other bank accounts via I-Bank.
We also inform you that a new version of the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Private Individuals will enter into force on 01.12.2023. The main changes concern the specifics of banking services via the Contact center, in particular, the process of changing the financial phone number and code word.

- | 3.5.1 Call the Bank's Contact Center in order to obtain information about the Customer’s account status, account balance, payments or any other information that may be obtained from the Bank or the Bank's employees via the Bank's Contact Center, under the condition of mandatory identification using a code word (hereinafter, the Code word) and/or other parameters/data for authentication and verification of Customer’s identity according to the procedure specified in the Bank's internal documents. |
| 3.1.6 During the validity period of the Agreement, the Customer has the right to set/change the Secure Phone number/Code word by contacting the Bank with a corresponding request at the Bank's outlet and/or by calling Bank's Contact Center. By concluding this Agreement, the Customer expressly accepts that in case the change of the Secure Phone Number/ Code word is made by calling the Bank's Contact Center, the change of the phone number will be carried out after the Customer’s identification. At the same time, the Customer expressly accepts that the change of the Secure telephone number/ Code word carried out in accordance with the procedure specified in this clause of the Agreement is in any case considered to have been carried out by the Customer, and the Customer shall bear any and all risks associated with the fact that the telephone number / Code word may be changed by any third party. In the event that the Customer provides the Bank with all reliable information necessary for identification when changing the telephone number/Code word, the Bank shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer by any personas a result of the change of the phone number/ Code word. To avoid any risks, the Bank insists on using the services of mobile operators, which offer the possibility of changing the SIM card of the phone number only under the condition of the Customer's personal presence. |
- | 3.3.23 Provide the Customer with information on the account balance only after the Customer has been identified using the Code word set by the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or other identification parameters/data according to the procedure prescribed in the Bank's internal documents, however the Bank and its employees shall not be liable for any possible consequences of providing such information over the phone and shall not be liable for any possible consequences of unauthorized use of the Customer’s Code word and/or other data/parameters by persons other than the Customer. |
