“We Care!”: employees of the bank purchased equipment for the M.Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery

Employees of Credit Agricole Bank have purchased medical equipment for the M. Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery. During the corporate cycle race on June 16^th, the bank’s employees raised UAH 35 000 which was used for the purchase of a fetal monitor. This device is necessary for prenatal care as it enables monitoring the cardiac contractions of the fetus and mother, blood pressure, and blood saturation.   

On July 3th, the medical equipment was transferred to the institute. The project was implemented with the support of the “Tvoiia opora” fund, a permanent partner of the bank's social initiatives.

Employees of Credit Agricole Bank independently and at their own initiative have raised money for the purchase of a fetal monitor. This is the best possible gift for the institute, as due to this equipment, which may seem small and simple at first glance, the doctors can save the most valuable thing – a child's life. This device makes it possible to monitor and control the vitals even during complex operations. It can also be used in cases when the expectant mother or child has severe heart defects, need special care or surgery. The desire to be useful is what makes a big business conscious and needed for society. And it was this consciousness that encouraged the bank's employees to raise money for this device.
