FinAwards 2018 recognized new model branch of Credit Agricole Bank as the best outlet in Ukraine

The new model branch of Credit Agricole Bank located at 25 Sahaidachnoho St, Kyiv, won in the nomination “The best branch” according to FinAwards 2018.

Awarding ceremony was held on May 19 within UNIT Fintech Forum 2018. The Future of banking system. Technologies and innovations.

“This award is of particular value for us. Less than a year ago, we opened the first new model branch. This important event was preceded by thorough survey of customers’ wishes and needs which underlie the concept of a new model branch. We have sought to make it the embodiment of “100% digital and 100% human” positioning. We have also concentrated on comfort, privacy, convenient servicing together with high expertise of our employees. The concept of this branch forms the basis for global upgrades and innovations at the bank’s network of 150-plus Ukrainian branches. The award from FinAwards 2018 evidences that our concept proved to be very smart and successful”, says Galyna Zhukova, a Board Member of Credit Agricole Bank in charge of the bank’s retail, digital, and network activities.

Podil branch was opened in May, 2017 and became a flagship one. There are already three branches working in such format: two in Kyiv, and one in Dnipro. The fourth new model branch will be opened soon in Kharkiv.
