  • What companies and organizations are involved in the Promo Campaign?

The ordering party of the Promo Campaign “Pay with MasterCard® – win a trip weekly” is Representation of MasterCard Europe SA in Ukraine, the partner of the Promo Campaign is “Nova Poshta”, and the Executor of the Promo Campaign is LLC “TMA COMMUNICATIONS”.

  • When does the Promo Campaign start and end?

The Promo Campaign is valid from 1 July till 13 August inclusively.

  • Who has a right to participate in the Promo Campaign?

All the major customers holding MasterCard® have a right to participate in the Promo Campaign.

  • What are the general conditions for participation in the Promo Campaign for MasterCard® holders? 

It is simple, just pay more than UAH 20 with your MasterCard® for the services of “Nova Poshta” in the depots, online or via the mobile app, and get a chance to win a trip weekly. For more details visit mastercard.ua

  • I live in Crimea and hold MasterCard®; can I participate in the Promo Campaign?

Unfortunately, no. The Promo Campaign is valid from 1 July till 13 August, 2017, on the whole territory of Ukraine except AR Crimea and temporarily occupied areas. For more details please visit mastercard.ua

  • I am 17 now and will be 18 in a month. Can I participate in the Promo Campaign?

According to the Official Rules of the Promo Campaign, only major competent individuals who are citizens of Ukraine and hold MasterCard® issued by any bank registered in Ukraine can participate in the Promo Campaign.

  • Does the number of payment transactions for the services of “Nova Poshta” with MasterCard® matters?

During the Promo Campaign, you can carry out one or more payment transactions for the services of “Nova Poshta” with MasterCard® in any depot, on the website of “Nova Poshta”, or via the mobile app for an amount over UAH 20 per transaction. The more payment transactions with MasterCard® are carried out, the more chances to win an incredible trip you’ll have. 

  • I hold a card of a different payment system; can I participate in the Promo Campaign? 

Unfortunately, no. The transactions carried out with the use of payment cards other than MasterCard® issued by any banks registered in Ukraine do not meet the conditions of the Promo Campaign and cannot serve the basis for participating in it.

  • Is it necessary to provide any additional personal documents or information? 

According to the Rules, in case the participant wins a gift (a trip certificate), he or she shall voluntarily agree to provide personal information, in particular copy of the passport and ID code, which is necessary to receive the Promo Campaign gift, and after the participant receives the notice of winning, he or she shall send the copies of the abovementioned documents at info@tma-ukraine.com.ua.

  • How are the winners determined?

The winning participants of the Promo Campaign who will receive the gift are determined randomly from the Promo Campaign database together with another 10 (ten) reserve winners of the Promo Campaign against the case when the initial winner does not have a possibility/desire to receive the gift of the Promo Campaign, according to the list provided by “Nova Poshta” to “TMA COMMUNICATIONS”. Afterwards, the information about winning numbers from the Promo Campaign database will be transferred to “Nova Poshta” in order to identify the winners and 10 (ten) reserve winners of the Promo Campaign. Information about the winners (full names, contact data) will be provided on the letterhead of “Nova Poshta” with the signature of the authorized person and the seal.

  • How many certificates and for what amount will be drawn?

The gift implies certificate for a trip amounting to UAH 50 000. Generally, 4 certificates will be drawn during the Promo Campaign.

  • How often will the draws take place?

The draws will take place on a weekly basis according to the draw schedule outlined in the Official Rules.

  • Can I choose the dates of trip on my own in case of winning a gift?

Yes, the winners of the Promo Campaign will have a right to choose the dates of the trip on their own, but the dates must be within the term of the Certificate validity, that is within 6 (six) months from the moment of the Trip Certificate delivery to the winner of the Promo Campaign, taking into account the determined draw dates with previous adjustment of all the issues with the partner of “TMA COMMUNICATIONS”, PE “Dolce Travel”.

  • Can I change the trip certificate for its cash equivalent?

The cash equivalent of the Promo Campaign gift, which is the trip certificate, is not provided and cannot be exchanged in any case.

  • How can I know who became the winner of the Promo Campaign?

The results of the winners’ determination will be communicated by “Nova Poshta” to the winners via SMS, and the “TMA COMMUNICATIONS” representatives will notify them personally by phone or e-mail within 3 banking days from the date of the corresponding draw.
