Credit Agricole confirmed the ISO 37001:2016 international standard certificate for the bank's anti-bribery management system

Credit Agricole Bank successfully passed the certification audit, and received the ISO 37001 international standard certificate for the bank’s anti-bribery management system. The audit was conducted by the French company EuroCompliance. This certificate is a confirmation that the bank's anti-corruption policy meets the requirements of the international standard.

The anti-bribery system of Credit Agricole is based on:

  • management, which involves the participation of Management Board and Supervisory Board of Credit Agricole Bank;
  • corruption risk mapping;
  • practical application of Code of Conduct, one of the sections of which defines the behavior expected from the bank's employees in the realm of anti-corruption;
  • system of training and awareness for all employees;
  • whistleblowing.
