Credit Agricole received prestigious award by HR PRO AWARDS

Credit Agricole won in “Learning and Development” category as part of HR PRO AWARDS with its training project “Career trajectory – learning and growth”. Programs aimed at helping employees cultivate competences and skills necessary for the company were considered in the category. The jury panel took into account the following key factors when selecting winners:

• the project raises the level of HR practices in the country;
• balancing costs and value;
• impact and immediacy;
• revision and adaptation quality;
• prolongation effect.

To date, there are three comprehensive education programs at the bank to improve the employees’ expertise: AgriSchool, Managerial school and Proximity University. Each course offers mentors, including top managers of the bank, while the curricula are shaped to address the contemporary challenges. The alumni defend their diploma projects and take the final tests.

HR PRO AWARDS is a nationwide annual award ceremony for СЕО and HR professionals. Its main objective is to commend the team and individual achievements in the field that enhance the level of professional practices adopted in our country. The award ceremony is organized by the HR Pro Ukrainian Association. Their main areas of work include support and development of professionals in the field and offering unique opportunities for the participants.
