Information on changes to the card tariffs and Rules of comprehensive banking services to private individuals

Dear customers, we hereby inform you about changes to the card tariffs and Rules of comprehensive banking services to private individuals.

On 24.03.2024, the Rules of comprehensive banking services to private individuals will be supplemented in the part of maintenance of the card package offers, card package offers with the credit limit and credit cards.

Key changes:

• definitions of categories «Main Card Account» and «Additional Card Account» have been supplemented;
• specifics of opening and closing salary cards have been clarified (cl. 4.2.4., 4.2.10., 4.2.11.);
• specifics of calculation of meeting special conditions within the Package offers have been clarified (cl. 4.6.5.1.);
• specifics of maintenance of Additional Card Accounts in case of changes to the terms of service or closing of the Main Card Account have been supplemented (cl. 4.6.13., 4.6.14.);
• the conditions for extending credit limits for the banking services "Credit card" and "Package offer with an established credit limit" have been clarified (cl. 4.8.4.);
• the concept of "Daily interest rate" was introduced and the specifics of its indication in the banking services application were marked (cl. 4.8.6.1.);
• specifics of obtaining information from the bank about the current amount of loan debt have been added; the loan amount repaid to the bank, in particular about the payments under the Agreement, the amount of payments under the Agreement to be paid and the terms (dates) of their payment; receiving an account statement regarding loan payments and other information, the provision of which is required pursuant to the law of Ukraine by contacting a bank outlet (cl. 4.8.16.1.).

On 01.04.2024 changes will be made to the tariffs for payment card maintenance.

Key changes:

• • A fee is introduced for reissuing the card at the initiative of the Customer (loss, theft, damage to the card):
• MasterCard Debit Gold – UAH 50;
• MasterCard World – UAH 200;
• MasterCard Platinum - UAH 300;
• MasterCard Black Edition - UAH 300;
• MasterCard World Elite - UAH 300;
• Visa Infinite - UAH 2,000.
• A fee for reissuing a card is introduced at the initiative of the bank. If the card is compromised or expires, its reissue is free of charge. A Visa Infinite card can be reissued free of charge only if compromised.
• As part of additional services at the Customer’s choice, included in the package offer, it is possible to issue a "Green Card" insurance policy, the insurance policy under the "Insurance of financial risks of bank card holders" program and the neighbour liability insurance policy have been discontinued.
• The class of the main card in the SMART card package (open until June 1, 2021) was changed to MasterCard Debit Gold.
