Information on changes to rules and tariffs for individuals

Dear customers!

Please be informed that from 04.11.2024, the fee for SMS notification service for all card accounts will be UAH 35 (excluding the package offers for pension and social projects). PUSH-notification service remains free of charge.

On 04.11.2024, Rules of Comprehensive Service to Private Individuals are to be amended.

The main changes concern:

• The specifics of servicing debit/credit card accounts have been supplemented and clarified (cl. 4.0.7.2, cl. 4.6.5, cl. 4.6.7).
• The terms of service for the Safe Deposit Box Lease have been supplemented (cl. 6.1 GENERAL TERMS AND PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING THE BANK SERVICE “SAFE DEPOSIT BOX LEASE”).
• The clauses related to the i-Bank electronic banking system have been removed due to its decommissioning (Section 7. CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE I-BANK SYSTEM).
• The terms and conditions of the “Regular Payment” service have been updated (Section 7. BANKING SERVICE “REGULAR PAYMENT”).
• The provisions on the bank's right to terminate agreements or terminate business relations with Customers from the TOT whose accounts have no cash flow during the year have been supplemented (cl. 4.15.4.15, cl. 5.4.2.14).
• Conditions for joining the National Cashback project are stipulated (cl. 4.16, cl. 9.15).
  • The clause on force majeure has been supplemented (cl. 9.17).
