«Credit Agricole Group is keen to be part of rebuilding and reconstruction of Ukraine! This is a concrete decision” – this was the key message delivered by Philippe Brassac, CEO of Credit Agricole SA, during his 2nd visit to Kyiv, recently in November 2023.

The Group has expressed and demonstrated complete solidarity with Ukrainian employees and society. Credit Agricole has launched a €10 million solidarity fund to meet the needs of employees and Ukrainians affected by the war.

For many years, the Group has been committed to contributing to the Ukraine’s development. And nowadays, after two years of war Credit Agricole Group confirms its official statement of support for Ukraine by concrete actions.

  • Credit Agricole Ukraine and the Group allocated 97 mUAH to around 40 charity projects, mainly for the purchase of medical equipment for hospitals. This is one of the largest amounts among banks.
  • Credit Agricole Ukraine remains trusted and reliable partner for its clients and Ukrainian economy. Bank’s net profit is 2.8 billion UAH for the financial year of 2023. 50% of the bank’s profits will be re-directed to the state budget, as required by IMF and recent legislation.
  • 3.3 billion UAH - the total amount of all taxes and contributions that Credit Agricole will pay for the financial year of 2023. This represents substantial contribution to the stability of the country during challenging times.
  • Significant part of its financial results Credit Agricole will reinvest into the expansion of activities and supporting Ukrainian economy.
