The Credit Agricole Group is becoming more attractive as an employer to young people

The Credit Agricole Group is becoming more attractive as an employer to young people. This is evidenced by the survey of more than 35 thousand students conducted by international company Universum in France during October 2019 – March 2020. The students were asked to select the most attractive employers from a list of 130 company names.

The Credit Agricole Group is the only bank to have improved its rankings among all respondents and today they are as follows:

• 47th place among business school students: (+11 places compared to 2019). The Credit Agricole Group is one of three companies with highest rates in attractiveness growth;
• 85th place among engineering students: (+7 places compared to 2019);
• 63rd place among IT students: (+1 place compared to 2019).

The Credit Agricole Group confirms its ambition to be the best employer to young people in France and become one of the five leaders on the European market.

Credit Agricole Bank has been acknowledged as one of the best employers in Ukraine for several years in a row, particularly according to “Vlast Deneg” magazine and survey of HeadHunter Ukraine. The bank pays particular attention to development and employment of young people, and has an interesting internship program “Let`s Start Here”, which has already turned six students into employees of the bank. In 2018 and 2019, more than 120 students from 23 universities undertook internship in Credit Agricole. Over 200 students from all over Ukraine took part in a contest for the best solution to a digital case, which was held by the bank in partnership with “CASERS”.
