Product Manager (Debit Cards)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation and updating of debit card products.
  • Implementation of up-grade, x-sell programs for card product sales.
  • Development of debit card activation programs.
  • Development of loyalty programs and package proposals for certain customer segments.
  • Methodological support of card products.
  • Analysis of sale volumes and of the efficiency of card product implementation.
  • Analysis of relevance and competitiveness of card product terms on the market.
  • Preparing and submission of pricing proposals to the respective committees of the Bank.

Key Requirements:

  • Higher economical/financial education.
  • Job experience in banking – at least 3 years in retail business, work in the banks with foreign capital is an advantage.
  • Experience in development and implementation of retail banking products in the card business.
  • Expertise in payroll offers development is an advantage
  • Understanding of the debit card product market.
  • Knowledge of the NBU regulations on the issues of card operations and the rules of International payment systems.
  • Competent user of computer equipment (MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), experience of work with the specialized card systems.
  • Knowledge of English is a must.
  •  Responsible, proactive, good communication skills, analytical abilities, learning ability, aiming for professional development, good team player.
