Expat Support Specialist

We are looking for an Expat Support Specialist to join our HR-team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Board Members (contracts, permits, administrative costs);
  • Help with medical support;
  • Prepare documents for committees and other management bodies.

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-player;
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask;
  • Good organizational skills, punctual, attentive to details;
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
