We offer an updated solution for payroll projects in Internet banking for CORPEX business customers

In order to improve the user experience of our customers, Credit Agricole has implemented a modern solution for payroll projects, which is already available in Internet banking for CORPEX business customers. The updated payroll module includes even more useful functions and features that will automate and speed up the processes of payroll, salary payment, data analysis and facilitate the work of finance and accounting departments.

All users of CORPEX Internet Banking automatically get access to the new functionality located in the Payroll section:

• Import a ready-made payroll or create it yourself through the system interface if you do not have the possibility to automate the upload of data from the company’s accounting systems.
• Pay salaries to employees to Credit Agricole or other banks’ cards.
• You can pay salaries to employees who work part-time (i.e. are employed by several companies).
• A person in charge can work with payroll projects of several companies in parallel, i.e. see all employees on payroll simultaneously in multi-access mode. This functionality is provided by the “multi-client” mode in CORPEX.
• Upload your tax payments in CORPEX.
• The updated module provides a preliminary check of the data in the payroll: when uploading the payroll, CORPEX immediately highlights any errors. This allows you to correct the payroll immediately without sending it to the bank.
• Use the “Direct Debit” service: the amount of the payroll is automatically debited from your current account as soon as the payroll is processed by the system.
• You can check the status of your payroll online.

We would like to remind you that several users of the same company can work simultaneously in CORPEX Internet Banking with different access levels depending on their authority. Therefore, the head of the company can selectively grant access to the functionality of the payroll module, which is safe and convenient for business.
