Over a third of all outlets of Credit Agricole Bank network, 52 outlets all over Ukraine to be precise, are provided with alternative power sources and offer financial transactions for our customers even during blackouts. Follow the link to see the full list. In the time of power outage, the following services are available for customers in these outlets:
- cash withdrawal (from an ATM or a cash desk);
- payments, money transfers (at cash desks or self-service terminals);
- currency exchange (if foreign currency cash is available at the cash desk);
- consultancy on financial questions from managers.
“Despite the war, we work in a stable manner and provide service to customers even during blackouts. For this purpose we equipped 52 bank outlets all over Ukraine with back-up power generators, likewise all the strategically important infrastructure – the Head office and Contact Center. To ensure uninterrupted service with the utmost comfort, the bank has made significant investments in digital and cloud technologies this year. We prepared for the blackouts, but also helped others prepare – we gave 40 power generators to social institutions, hospitals, children’s homes for the total amount of UAH 15.6 million. By joining our efforts, we grow stronger for the benefit of our customers”, shares Oleksandr Kurkin, Director of Proximity Banking and Network.
It should be mentioned that POWER BANKING is a joint network of bank outlets all over Ukraine that work and provide banking services to customers even in an emergency during blackouts. Outlets of the joint network are equipped with alternative power sources and backup communication channels, they also include enhanced cash collection and additional staff members.
