Credit Agricole Group has never had a retail bank in Russia and does not provide any banking services to individual customers. All financing to Russian companies and institutions was ceased as soon as the war begun. Credit Agricole Group launches a €10 million emergency solidarity fund for Ukrainians. Credit Agricole teams in Ukraine are totally dedicated to ensure that essential banking activities continue and urgent customer needs are met.
