Credit Agricole successfully confirmed its ISO 9001 certificate in automotive lending

Based on the results of a successful recertification audit of the quality management system, Credit Agricole has once again confirmed compliance with the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2015 Standard in the area of car lending. The new certificate is valid for 3 years and confirms that all car lending processes at the bank are in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and are being improved on a constant basis in order to meet the needs of consumers. The certificate inspires confidence in customers in the transparency of lending terms and high quality of service.

Since the beginning of 2023 only, the amount of granted car loans has exceeded UAH 1 billion, while the demand for the purchase of a vehicle has nearly doubled compared to 2022. For the 12th year in a row, the automotive lending processes were inspected by Bureau Veritas, a French company specialized in testing, inspection and certification. Since 2011, the Bank continuously confirms compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 international standard by passing recertification and supervisory audits with flying colours.
