Credit Agricole Bank opens the first branch of the new model in Dnipro

06 February 2018

Credit Agricole Bank starts its new year by proceeding with modernization of outlets throughout Ukraine. On January 30, the first outlet of the new model was opened in Dnipro at the address 1 Hlinky Str. This outlet became the third one in a series of outlets under the project of total modernization and innovation in all regions.

It should be mentioned that in 2017 2 modernized outlets were opened in Kyiv by the bank.

The concept of the new model branch rests upon the customers’ needs and wishes. Customers will be proposed a fresh approach to servicing clients due to its special zoning and the way everything is organized inside and also innovations concerning both the range of services and workflow arrangement.

“Our bank keeps upgrading the sales network, and we are happy to start this year by opening another new model branch. Credit Agricole Bank strives to be where its customers are. So, we seek to ensure high quality service and comfort not only in Kyiv, but in other regions as well. The city of Dnipro was chosen for good reason – we believe it to have great potential and see the need of local business for support. Today, in this outlet we continue to implement the concept of modern, convenient, and reliable bank. It is a combination of personalized approach, confidentiality, and undisputable high expertise of managers. Although, Credit Agricole Bank won’t stop at this and we are already preparing to open new outlets in other regions of Ukraine. Kharkiv is soon to be the next”, says Galyna Zhukova, the Board Member of Credit Agricole Bank, responsible for the bank’s retail, digital, and network activities.

Credit Agricole Bank continues to deepen its relations with target segments of customers by opening the outlets of the new model. Such outlets combine digital technologies and high expertise of its employees. Key principles underlying the concept of the new model branch are as follows:

“Personalized service”: every customer has its personal adviser who can deliver the full range of services and advices. Each manager is universal, in other words is competent enough to provide basic services to any customer segment. That’s why there is no traditional separation of zones for servicing private individuals and legal entities.

“Proactive approach, convenience and comfort”: the customer will not have to neither navigate nor wait in line for a manager in order to get a product or service since managers will have laptops enabling them to provide the customer with necessary consultation and perform quick transactions in any convenient zone.

“Confidentiality”: dedicated separate meeting rooms for consultations ensure full confidentiality to the customers.

“Expertise”: the branch team formed with the involvement of top managers of the bank consists of the best specialists with substantial experience obtained both in Credit Agricole and beyond.

“Our bank continues to implement the concept “100% digital and 100% human”. The new model branch will fully meet all the customers’ needs and expectations since its concept is based on the customers’ demands. The modern design of the outlet brings together digital services and live communication with the bank staff. While designing this outlet we followed the aspiration to ensure comfort and one-of-a-kind customer experience”, comments Oleksandr Shcherbakha, Head of the Sales Network Department of Credit Agricole Bank.

Zoning and space arrangement

The operating room has only those objects intended for being used directly by the customer. For communication and quick customer servicing every manager has a laptop enabling to move around not only the operating room but the whole outlet.

The self-service zone is available 24/7. Thanks to self-service terminals and cash-in ATMs the majority of simple and the most common service transactions can be performed.

The i-Bank zone is equipped with tablet PC and state-of-the-art touch screen monitor for free customers’ access to the i-Bank and information about products and services available at the official web site of Credit Agricole Bank.

The waiting zone is featured with special designer’s chairs that make the customer almost invisible to others while receiving quick consultations from a manager. This is the zone where customers can look through the news with a cup of coffee or learn about services of the bank, charge your phone or use Wi-Fi access.

“I am very happy that Dnipro is the first city among all the regions where the new model branch was opened. Indeed, Dnipropetrovsk region is a perspective territory where small, medium and large businesses are represented. Such new model branches are one more step towards our customers as we intent on being not simply the bank to them, but a reliable financial partner. It is a pleasure to see many our current customers and hopefully future customers at the opening event”, comments Anatolii Shramko, Director of South-Eastern Macro-region of Credit Agricole Bank.

Meeting rooms allow providing consultations and performing transactions of high-level confidentiality, i.e. behind closed doors.

Convenient opening hours: the outlet is open from 9:00 till 18:00; the cash desk is equipped with LED availability identifier and flexible working hours from 9:00 till 17:00 without lunch break.
