Credit Agricole Bank continues to improve its Internet banking «i-Bank»

Users of Internet-banking from Credit Agricole Bank received new functionalities. From 12 September 2016 currency transfers between own accounts, setting of regular payments, order of additional cards, setting of individual card limits, managing GSM banking as well as the integration of corporate cards in the Internet-banking system became available in «i-Bank».

“Among other priority areas in the work of Credit Agricole Bank we identified digital transformation and development of remote service channels. For this purpose we planned several upgrades of the “i-Bank” system in 2016 and keep working on improvement and expansion of its functionalities. Today we propose our customers to try new remote services that will significantly save their time”, notes Galyna Zhukova, the Management Board Member in charge of retail business, sales network and digital projects.

New functionalities of the Internet banking will first of all help the customers save their time and perform a lot of transactions remotely. In particular, the customer no longer needs to visit outlets of the bank to make transfers in foreign currency. Via the Internet banking it is possible to replenish deposits, own payment card, current account or repay the loan. 

Those who wish to save each moment of their time will benefit from the new function of regular payments setting. For automatic transfers in the national currency it is enough to set minimal parameters in the “i-Bank” system: regularity, day or date of payment performance. In the same easy manner the customer can manage regular settings: suspend a certain regular payment, delete irrelevant setting or restore a suspended regular payment.

Now to get the additional card the customer will visit the outlet of the bank just once! In the client area of the Internet-banking it is possible at any time to order in your name an additional card to the main card remotely and choose any convenient outlet to receive it.

For convenience of the customers there is a new functionality of setting and changing of limits for payments in the Internet, cash withdrawals and daily cashless payments. In the “i-Bank” system such transactions take no more than 10 minutes!

The service of SMS notification can now be managed remotely and the customers do not need to contact the outlet, telephone the call center or use the ATM. To connect or disconnect the service in the “i-Bank” system, it is enough to make three simple steps: choose card, check telephone number and confirm the transaction with one-time password.

Additional possibilities of corporate cards integration to the “i-Bank” system are provided for individual entrepreneurs. You can get a 24/7 access to your corporate card if you have any valid product for a private individual (card account 2625, current account of a private individual, deposit and/or loan). Corporate card holders will get access to such functions as view of the balance and history of transactions as well as managing of card services (SMS notification, verification of CVV/CVC2 code, blocking/unblocking of card, setting of individual limits) apart from issue of an additional card.
