Information for business customers: changes in the purpose of tax payment

Dear customers!

We draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 148 dated 22.03.2023, from December 1, 2023, structured form of the purpose of tax payment will be introduced (the order is available at https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z0528-23#Text).

According to the clarifications of the National Bank of Ukraine, as of 01.12.2023, when making payments to accounts opened with the State Treasury of Ukraine, the NBU ID code of which corresponds to the value "899998", the information on the purpose of payment of the payment instruction should be entered exclusively in the structured form in the "Structured" details block of the payment instruction.

We would also like to remind you that in order to upload a payment instruction with the structured purpose of payment to the CORPEX system, you need to use the SEP4, SEP4 STRUCTURED or EIB import formats. You can find a description of the formats here.
