Credit Agricole continues its stable operation

Credit Agricole continues its stable operation and meets its commitments to the customers, employees and society in the times of war.

Credit Agricole has prepared a clear sequence of measures in case of deterioration of the situation with power supply. Such measures are aimed at ensuring the security for our customers, employees, assets, etc.   

In case of a blackout, the Bank can secure continuous operation and customer service through the following:

  • The bank has established the third data processing cloud center with full backup of its data. This will enable continuous access to all critical systems/data
  • The premises of the Head Office and the premises where the centralized teams are located are equipped with power generators, Starlink and all other facilities required for long-term autonomous operation. This will allow to secure process continuity, and to provide comfortable working conditions to all our key staff
  • 8 branches were determined by the bank as branches-on-duty, equipped with power generators, and will be open under any circumstances  list of branches
  • A clear algorithm of actions was developed for customers and employees of the bank, and it will be forwarded via the client-bank system in case of need

We keep strengthening our positions, purchase powerful generators and Starlink, and test alternative scenarios of critical processes. You can rely on us even in the times of uncertainty.
