The Credit Agricole Group — is a unified but decentralized group consisting of 39 Regional Banks, Credit Agricole S.A. and all subsidiaries.

More than 6.2 million members appoint the 32,000 directors of the Local Banks. Federation Nationale du Credit Agricole (FNCA) is the body through which the Regional Banks seek information, conduct dialogue and express themselves.

The Local Banks form the foundation of Credit Agricole, owning most of the Regional Banks’ capital. The directors of the Local Banks play a key role in their local economies and pay close attention to economic requirements, enabling Credit Agricole to adjust its products and services to customer needs.
