On inter-bank payments in UAH via the extended SEP 23/7

Dear customers,

The system of electronic payments of the National Bank of Ukraine (SEP) switched to the extended working hours 23/7 from 3 August 2020 according to the Decision of the NBU Board dated 18 June 2020 No 408. з

For Credit Agricole Bank customers it means:

• From 03.08.2020 - changed time of inbound payments from other Ukrainian banks, they can be received from 8:30 to 24:00, end of SEP working day (before 03.08.2020 - from 09:00 to 19:00)
• for processing of outbound payment to other banks, the time remains unchanged, from 09:00 to 17:00. But in the nearest time we will change the hours of outbound payments processing and extend it to 21:00. The work on weekends remains without changes, i.e., the payments will only be processed on business days.
