New version of the Rules of comprehensive banking services for private individuals

Dear customers!

Please be advised that the new version of the Rules of comprehensive banking services for private individuals has come into effect on 17.04.2018. In particular, Section VI. BANKING SERVICE “LEASING OF AN INDIVIDUAL SAFE DEPOSIT BOX” has been modified, and Section VII. CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA THE I-BANK SYSTEM has been updated.
