Credit Agricole supported Toyota National Professional Excellence Contest

The 10^th anniversary Toyota National Professional Excellence Contest was held at the end of September in Kyiv. The best specialists of Toyota dealership centers from all over Ukraine attended this annual contest. Credit Agricole traditionally supported the contest and became its general financial partner.

This year, the topic of the contest was the slogan “Customer First”. The participants competed in two categories: “General repair mechanic” (12 contestants) and “Customer manager” (10 contestants). The best representatives of dealership centers from all over Ukraine who demonstrated excellent knowledge, competences and skills got to the finals. Notably, the team of professional judges who assessed the finalists’ work consisted of the most experienced employees of Toyota dealership centers who were themselves the winners or finalists of the Professional Excellence Contest in previous years. The event ended with high profile award ceremony.
