Credit Agricole Bank is recognized one of TOP 20 of the best employers of Ukraine

Credit Agricole Bank is amongst TOP 20 of the best employers of Ukraine following the survey of “Vlast Deneg” journal. The winners were announces on October 3 in Kyiv.

The rating includes companies with Ukrainian owners and Ukrainian subsidiaries of foreign companies. During selection the number of criteria like those characterizing the quality and reliability of work places was taken into account. For instance, it may be increase of number of employees and salaries compared to the previous year, opportunities for professional and career progress of employees. Special aspects of company’s HR strategy and HR strategy were taken into account as well. The data used was from different open sources, including companies’ official information, data available on job websites, communications in mass media, opinions of industry experts, and employees’ feedback in social network forums.

“We sought the rating to present wide geography of companies and at the same time the wide range of industries. When forming TOP 20 list we wanted to emphasize the positive results achieved. So we present the best employers of Ukraine in alphabetical order without ranking numbers being assigned,” commented organizers of the rating.

It should be mentioned as well that at the beginning of the year Credit Agricole Bank was also amongst TOP 20 of the best employers of Ukraine according to “The Employer of the Year” rating (survey by HeadHunter Ukraine).
