Credit Agricole Bank became an exclusive financial partner of VIII International Conference Large Farm Management (LFM 4.0)

On 13-14 September, VIII International Conference Large Farm Management (LFM 4.0) organized by UKRAINIAN AGRARIAN BUSINESS CLUB association and AgriEvent agency took place in Kyiv. Credit Agricole Bank took part in the conference as an exclusive financial partner and a participant.

This year, the topic of the event was related to the agro business of the future. At present, due to close cooperation with many other areas of economic activity, agriculture is becoming profoundly technological, which in its turn poses a challenge for agro business managers.

At the LFM 4.0 conference, the best practicing specialists from all over the world discussed managerial and technological innovations. Six sessions covered the topics of global changes in the future, recent changes of behaviors and consumer sentiments in the AIC sphere, transformations of HR policy, financial and legal aspects of managing an agricultural company in 10 years.

During the second day of the conference, the participants discussed latest technologies that have already been introduced in Ukraine and are being actively used by progressive companies. On the fields of a Private Joint-Stock Company AGROFORT of MHP group of companies in Kyiv region, the most effective aggregates and technological solutions were demonstrated. Among them there were seeders, disposable aggregates, deep spreaders, forklifts, plows and heavy disk harrows, as well as tractors test drive. During the plenary session, leading experts in precision farming and R&D departments of Ukrainian and international companies gave talks on digital technology and Big Data in the agro-industrial sector.

About 450 guests took part in the event, among them the representatives of leading agrarian companies and agro holdings, resource companies, state institutions and mass media.
