Credit Agricole Bank has its ISO 9001 certificate in the area of “Car Loans” confirmed

On 14-29 July 2016 Credit Agricole Bank underwent a regular supervisory audit of ISO 9001 quality management system in the area of car loans. The inspection was carried out by Bureau Veritas, French inspection and certification company.

The objective of the audit consisted in certifying that the bank is compliant with all the requirements of the standard and extending the effective period of the car loan compliance certificate for another one-year period.

The auditors of Bureau Veritas inspected the processes in the Head Office and outlets of Credit Agricole Bank. Once again the bank’s team proved that our car loan quality management system stands at a level that is compliant with the international standard.  Based on the results of the audit, Bureau Veritas extended the validity of the certificate for 2017.

«Credit Agricole Bank is the only bank in Ukraine having ISO 9001 certificate in the area of car loans. The bank obtained its first ISO 9001 certificate back in 2011, and since then had the certificate extended every year based on successful results of inspections carried out by the audit commission. Special attention should be given to the fact that this year Credit Agricole Bank received only three recommendations for further improvement, and this is the best result versus previous years», - Roman Bunich, head of long and alternative channels development department of Credit Agricole Bank, commented.

It should be mentioned that the version of the standard of 2008 (ISO 9001:2008) expires in September 2018, so Credit Agricole Bank is going to switch to the 2015 version of the standard - ISO 9001:2015.
