The number of unique users of new mobile application CA+ by Credit Agricole Bank exceeds 25 thousand

More than 25 thousand unique users have already downloaded the new mobile application CA+ by Credit Agricole within less than two months after its launch. It is pleasing to note that the rating of the mobile application in GooglePlay‎ and ‎AppStore is over 4 with more than 70% of “excellent” rates.

Since the time of CA+ launch, the Bank’s team has received over 1500 feedbacks from the users. We scrupulously process them and improve the mobile bank by adding new services and features. For instance, now after the last update the users can receive a slip confirming the payment for utility services, replenishment of mobile phone, and payments made using details, as well as detailed information on transactions, funds withdrawal from “Saving” deposit account, etc. 

Among CA+ updates scheduled for the nearest future, you can expect the following: simple and clear tips in “how-to” style, personalized messages following transactions, card activation and PIN-code change directly in the application, opening of package offers, and information about the full card number.

The transition period is currently underway, during which both the CA+ and previous CA Mobile applications are available to the customers. The application CA Mobile is not updated any more, but will continue the normal operation for a few more months. We will communicate end dates of the transition period on the web site of the bank in advance.
