Details on card transactions, receipts for C2C transfers and even more customization in the new version of the CA+ application

Credit Agricole has once again updated the mobile application CA+ for iOS and Android operating systems, this time focusing on its customization. So, the new version of CA+ has the following options:

• Detailed information on card transactions: outgoing card-to-card transfers, transactions in ATMs, POS-terminals and self-service terminals. As before, this option is also available for payment by details, utility bills and mobile top-ups. To view the details, you need to click on the operation in the history under the card.
• Receipts for card-to-card transfers. The option is in the transaction details.
• Display of the cardholder’s name and the package’s name or card type on the main screen of the application. Optionally, this information can be edited in the settings.
• Short 4-digit password to log in to the app from Android devices that support biometrics. As before, this option is also available for devices that do not have biometric identification.
• Display of the name of the Credit Agricole cardholder during C2C transfers. This allows CA+ users to check the correctness of the card number of the recipient of money before the payment.

More than 38 500 unique users have already downloaded the CA+ mobile application in the three months since its launch. It is pleasant to note that CA+ has a rating above 4.6 on GooglePlay and the AppStore, with over 80% of "excellent" rates.

The transition period is currently underway, during which both the CA+ and previous CA Mobile applications are available to the customers. The application CA Mobile is not updated any more, but will continue the normal operation for a few more months.
