50 000 users and eight updates of СА+ mobile application within four months upon its launch

The new mobile application СА+ by Credit Agricole Bank crossed the mark of 50 000 unique users just in four months since its launch. Due to the powerful technical platform, over this period the bank issued eight updates of the application for iOS and Android, having added new services and functionalities in each of them in response to customers’ feedbacks.

“The new application СА+ by Credit Agricole was developed with a user in mind: convenient, functional, and user-friendly. This is exactly why we have more than 50 000 users, and why СА+ is one of the three best banking applications in the Ukrainian market according to the reviews on App Store and Google Play Market. Thanks to СА+, our customers can receive all the required banking services remotely: pay for utilities, exchange currencies, make money transfers, open and replenish deposits, etc. We do not stop and keep expanding the list of online services since in the times of the pandemic, the possibility to use a fully-functional banking via smartphone is more valuable than ever”, Boris Guitton, the Head of Digital Business and Innovations Department of Credit Agricole Bank, comments. 

After the recent update, the mobile application CA+ has the following important functionalities and options:  

• New card activation by entering a code sent in the SMS. Same as before, the status of the ordered card can be viewed in the application.
• Full card number. To view or copy it to the clipboard, press the card on the home page of the application.
• Details of currency exchange transactions in card account. Information on purchase and sale of currency is in the history of card transactions.
• History of transactions in current accounts. Information on transactions performed between own current accounts and a current account and the card is available in the menu “Products”. The list of transactions is being expanded.

Working on the new version of the mobile application CA+, Credit Agricole team paid attention to its customization and stabilization. It became faster and more reliable. You can upload the relevant version of CA+ via:

• App Store
• Google Play

In the nearest releases of CA+ application: extended base of companies for utility payments, implementation of push notifications, integration of chat into the application, and many other useful functions.

Now we are in the transition period when both applications are available: the new one -CA+, and the old one – CA Mobile. CA Mobile application is no longer updated but it will work as normal for few more months.
