Change in tariff packages for customers of small and medium-sized businesses, micro-businesses and entrepreneurs.

Dear customer,

Due to the termination of marketing and service by JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” of the tariff packages «Classic», «Agro», «Basic tariffs», «Business», «Agro Plus», «Car dealer», «Premium», «Professionals», «IT», based on cl. 3.3.1 of the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Legal Entities and Private Entrepreneurs at JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” (hereinafter, the Rules posted on the official website of the Bank, please be informed that beginning with January 29, 2023 the above-mentioned types of tariff packages will be replaced with the new ones:

• the current tariff packages "Classic", "Agro", "Basic tariffs" will be changed to the "SALUT" tariff package;    
• the current "Business", "Agro Plus", "Autodealer" tariff packages will be changed to the "OPTIMAL" tariff package;    
• the current "Premium" tariff package will be changed to the "ABSOLU" tariff package;    
• the current "Professionals" tariff package will be changed to the "DÉBUT" tariff package (except for IT customers whose main activity belongs to one of the following KVEDs: 58.21, 58.29, 62.01, 62.02, 62.03, 62.09, 63.11, 63.12);    
• the current "IT" and "Professionals" tariff packages will be changed to the "IT Professionals" tariff package (if the main activity of customers refers to one of the following KVEDs: 58.21, 58.29, 62.01, 62.02, 62.03, 62.09, 63.11, 63.12).

If you do not agree to the proposed (as specified above) change of the tariff package, you have the right to choose the most suitable tariff package yourself from the list above. To do this, you need to submit an application for changing the conditions of using the banking service (such application can also be submitted in electronic form using an electronic signature) to an outlet of JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” no later than January 26, 2023.

Please note that if the Bank does not receive your application for changing the conditions of using the banking service/ application for termination of the agreement, the conditions for changing the tariff package shall be deemed accepted by you, and starting from January 29, 2023, the bank will apply the new conditions provided for by the relevant tariff package (as listed above) when performing settlement and cash service operations.
