«A whole bank for you» - Credit Agricole Bank announces the launch of the new signature expressing its ambitions from the customer relations standpoint
The year of 2016 was marked by the launch of a mid-term plan of Credit Agricole Group «Ambition 2020». With a view to support the ambitious goals of the new strategy, its new projects and products, the Group has implemented a new corporate signature reflecting the strength of the Credit Agricole brand and respect to each and every customer, – «A whole bank for you».
The new signature reflects the Group’s intention to be a true partner for its customers and to differentiate itself through new approaches to building the relations with them. The deployment of the new Group project that enhances its overall model of universal retail banking is based, in particular, on a multi-channel approach to servicing, as well as on the deepening of the bank’s relations with its customers, positioning itself as the «true partner for its customers».
Considering the volatile environment, Credit Agricole Group is strongly convinced of the need to rethink relations with its customers, highlighting their own unique strengths and added value, and establishing leadership as the leading bank in France and in other countries of presence.
