Simplified conditions for using credit cards

Dear customers!

We would like to inform you that Credit Agricole has introduced a set of simplified conditions for using credit cards.

Thus, in the period from 01.03.2020 until the end of quarantine for all cards (both new and previously open) with established credit limits:

• penalties for overdue debts have been abolished,
• and the double interest rate on overdue mandatory payments is not applied;

From 21.01.2021 the amount of the obligatory payment is standard: for credit cards it is - 5% including Premium packages and 10% for Premium packages open until 2.03.2020 inclusive.

If necessary - use banking services remotely and pay for products and services online or cashless with cards.
