Credit Agricole has perfected and considerably accelerated the remote account opening process for private entrepreneurs on the bank’s website. From now on identification can be carried out in a few minutes via Diia application by sending copies of the digital passport and individual taxpayer number. There is no need to upload scans or photos of the documents. The entire identification process is remote:
- Register on the website. The recommended time is before 16:00 on week days.
- Select the tariff package and card that suit your needs.
- Select the identification option via the Diia application. Beforehand, make sure that you have: the updated Diia app, ID card or the international passport, taxpayer registration card (taxpayer identification number/IPN) in the app and the activated Diia.Signature.
- Scan the QR code in Diia app and confirm transfer of document copies to the bank.
- Fill out the questionnaire.
- After the data are successfully validated, you will get a message informing you that you need to sign the questionnaire with the qualified electronic signature (QES).
Customers that do not use Diia app and/or have the old form paper passport still have the alternative identification option for remote account opening — a video meeting with the bank manager. One must register on the website, select the tariff package and card that suit their needs as well as fill out the questionnaire. The bank manager will arrange time for video verification, convenient for you. You should have your passport and the QES at the time of video meeting. Following the meeting, the manager will send you agreements on opening the current and card accounts.
