Q: Will the delivery from the USA to Ukraine be free if I pay for the purchase by Visa card but don’t register it in Global?
A: No. You must register the delivery, and enter the first 6 digits of your Visa card that was used to pay for the delivery. Alternatively, you may send all details of the delivery and the first 6 digits of the card number to ******@global.kasta.ua. Q: Are there any restrictions as to cost of purchase on American sites?
A: No, but there are weight restrictions. The delivery is free for parcels weighing up to 1 kilogram only. If the weight of your parcel exceeds 1 kilogram, you pay only the difference: for example, if the weight is 1,3 kilogram – you will pay for 0,3 kilo only.

Q: How do I know the weight of my parcel?
A: The actual weight will be known when the parcel arrives to the warehouse in the USA. You can track your parcel and the cost of shipping if its weight exceeds 1 kilo in section «My orders» in your profile.

Q: Will the shipping in Ukraine be free if I pay for it using my Visa card on the American web-site?
A: No. In case of payment by Visa card, parcels weighing up to 1 kg are shipped free of charge only from the USA to Ukraine. You can find the tariffs for shipping to Ukraine here. However, the shipping to Ukraine will be free if you have ModnaKarta or if you wish to use modnaKasta Service centers.

Q: Will the delivery be free if I pay for the purchase by other person’s Visa card but order the delivery for myself?
A: Yes, if you enter the first 6 digits of the card number which was used to pay for the purchase during the registration of the parcel on the Global web-site.

Q: Who shall pay the customs duty if my parcel is worth more than 165 USD?
A: Customs duty, if any, shall be paid by the client. You could find the customs duty calculator here. Special offer is valid only for shipping.
