«Insurance for charity»: Credit Agricole Bank purchased medical equipment for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Center

Within the initiative «Insurance for charity», Credit Agricole Bank purchased medical equipment for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Center in Kyiv, in particular: 5 sensors and 85 pressure-measuring pendants. These devices are required for intensive therapy and reanimation of the newborns.       

We would like to remind that in July – August 2018, Credit Agricole carried out a social initiative «Insurance for charity». Due to insurance policies bought by customers, the bank transferred UAH 300 000 for purchase of medical equipment for the Center.

On 7 December, the equipment was officially delivered to the Center. The project was implemented with support of the «Tvoya Opora» fund, the permanent partner of the bank’s charity projects.     

The «Insurance for charity» initiative was a part of the corporate social responsibility program «We Care!» as support of medical institutions and health care is one of the components of the program.    

The Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiology is the leading high-medical institution in Europe, which performs the correction of the most difficult congenital heart defects for children, including newborns.
