Official NBU statement: in case of declaration of a state of emergency the bank system will work as normal

On February 23, the National Bank of Ukraine issued the official statement on their website: “If the state of emergency is imposed, the bank system will work as normal. All payment systems, access to funds and work of banks in general will continue working as normal. The NBU has got sufficient reserves to reinforce banks with additional cash”.
