Credit Agricole has once again confirmed ISO 9001:2015 certificate in automotive lending

Credit Agricole has passed the external supervisory audit with flying colours and proved its compliance with ISO 9001:2015 international standard requirements in car lending. The evaluation was performed by Bureau Veritas, French inspection and certification company.

ISO 9001:2015 standard certificate guarantees that management of all car lending processes in the bank meets the requirements of the international standard at all stages: from application review to granting a loan. Notably, ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements have been updated to include clauses on the entity’s climate responsibility. Credit Agricole wholeheartedly shares the sustainable development aspirations and goals of the Group and aims to be one of the TOP 3 green banks of Ukraine.

Moreover, we are the only bank on the Ukrainian market holding ISO 9001:2015 certificate in car lending for 13 years. To illustrate the point, in just 6 months of 2024 the bank has issued over UAH 1 billion in car loans.
