Credit Agricole Bank among TOP 20 Best Employers of Ukraine

Credit Agricole Bank is one of TOP 20 best employers of Ukraine according to the results of the rating “Employer of the Year”. The research was carried out by the HeadHunter Ukraine Company. The ceremony of announcing the winners took place on 24 January in Kyiv.

Credit Agricole Bank was also recognized as one of the best employers in Kyiv region.

The purpose of the rating was to find out what job applicants value in employers, what attracts their attention when they choose a company, and which employers are the most attractive, in their opinion, in the labor market. About 3,000 respondents and 7 experts took part in the survey.

According to the results of the research, the priority employer selection criteria for job applicants are: stability of the company (mentioned by 71% of the surveyed), corporate culture (45%), and social responsibility of the company (34%).
